Hello again,
Hope you are all keeping calm in the days preceding Christmas!
Edinburgh is chilly, but enjoying truly crisp, frosty winter days with magical skies around 4pm… snow has fallen but has only been seen from our windows on Arthur’s Seat and Holyrood Park – we are longing to awaken to a white-out in the park one morning soon – will post photos when this happens.

Yorkshire Guests
We have recently had many guests from the Yorkshire area and wanted to make special mention here – you have all been truly outstanding in your warmth, kindness, fun and have shown the utmost respect for our properties on each and every occasion – thank you!
Philip and I are busy with decorating the apartments and putting in the Christmas trees – and untangling those *!** fairly lights – despite the most careful storage last year… HO HO HO. But, oh, it’s all worthwhile when it gets to dusk and you switch them on, isn’t it? The magic begins.
So, on that note, and immersed in tinsel and baubles…
